I find it amusing that the toonist (like the main stream media) tends to paint a portrait of the Tea party folks as gullible, ignorant, etc. Ironically many Tea party members have a better understanding of US history and the intent of the founding fathers than most of the people currently in power in Washington, DC. From my perspective I think it is easier for the left to use propaganda than to defend their position with facts. Do you know why? Because the facts simply don't back up their positions on many issues.

They have NO understanding about how this country runs! They are very un-American beause they want to destroy everything America stands for...and like that dopey Governor of New Jersey who said there's too much government, until his state flooded then he ran to Washington for help, they cry shrink government but they really like to be elected to be a part of it...at least so they can reap all the benefits of GOVERNMENT pay when they get out!!!! And government health benefits, govt pensions etc etc etc! You on the right are so wrong! Ron Paul wants to pull the plug on sick people! What a T.U.R.D. = The Ultimate Republican Dullard T.U.R.D.

You are a lot like Rocky. You want the government to take care of you from the cradle to the grave. That is the problem with this country. Too many people expect the government to do for them what they should be doing for themselves. And with that government help comes a cycle of dependence, a reduction in freedom and a crumbling of the Republic. Sad really. I guess many experts are correct when they say this is the beginning of the end of this once great country. The far left will slowly destroy this country. You must love George Soros.

I'm sorry but the Social Security check I'm getting is from monies that I've put into it! Those t-baggers in congress sure don't have a problem getting a government check...matter of fact last month they said it wasn't enough for them to live on! They wanted more money!!!! Also one of them had a hissy fit when he got to Congress as was told he'd have to wait for his health care to take effect! Wake up wing nut you're smarter than that!
Now Antonio: Salam...atsamattah U? Isn't that area up for re-destricting? Brag about it after the next election...hopefully by then Obama will have grown some balls and let Americans know what's really killing this country: ie..Repub filibustering, refusal to compromise, not trying to help create jobs, they ran on that...show me one, that's just one f'n bill they put thru! I agree with WN, Social Security does need to be reformed. For one thing, it should be means tested. You have people with pensions and retirement investments with incomes in the hundreds of thousands per year collecting their full SS benefits. To be fair give them back what they put in it but not a penny more.

I've wished I could "Cartoon/ Caricature" since I was a Teen, Toonist. That has to be the Best form of Propaganda, IMO. Your Style is Plain, but Very entertaining! Ever read "Punch" magazine? ( from Punch & Judy theme ).
